Why EV body repair is different
Electric vehicle body repair needs a different approach than conventional steel bodies. We focus on bodywork, paint, and frame — not high-voltage electrical systems.
ADAS and sensor panels
Cameras, radars, and parking sensors often sit behind side panels, hoods, and bumpers. We plan repairs around their locations to avoid unnecessary part replacement.
Paint and OEM colour match
Precise colour-code matching matters for Tesla and other EVs. We use water-based AkzoNobel Sikkens and Lesonal GT paint systems in a professional spray booth.
Structural geometry and frame
For heavier collisions we restore body geometry on a Car Bench frame bench. Correct geometry matters for handling and panel alignment.
Battery and high-voltage electrical diagnostics and repair are not part of our core services.

How long does the repair take?
Timing depends on the extent of the damage. Simpler bodywork may take a few days; larger repairs take longer. We give an estimate during assessment.
Do you repair glass?
We focus on bodywork, paint, and frame. For glass damage we can refer you to specialists or coordinate the work as needed.
Do you repair batteries or electrical systems?
No — our focus is body, paint, and frame. High-voltage electrical and battery diagnostics and repair are not part of our services.
Is EV repair more expensive?
Cost depends on damaged panels, materials, and labour. Aluminium and composite panels may take more time than conventional steel.
